We have two different types of condition assignments for your stamps. New Condition and Usable Condition. Stamps must at least be in usable condition for us to accept your return and must contain full original, and undisturbed adhesive on the back sides. See below for details.
New & Usable Condition Stamps
Stamps that are in full sheets, books, or rolls with no folds, bends, corner creases, scuff marks, or traces of soil. Usable stamps that are in in partial sheets, books, or rolls and may have slight to moderate folds, bends, corner creases, scuff marks, or traces of soil.
Damaged Or Used Stamps
We do not purchase damaged stamps or stamps that have been already used.
