If your stamps were damaged during transit to us, please contact the shipping service. We have no way of determining the condition of stamps sent to us prior to receiving them.
To avoid damage during shipping, we strongly suggest that you package them securely in a way that will avoid moisture or water damage, or shifting, folding, or bending during transit.
